I first met Darlene from Pant the Town Photography several years ago at the PAWS Project Rescue Reunion*. We hit it off immediately and have been friends bonding over not only our love of dogs but also the challenges (and rewards!) of running our own photography studios ever since. She was ready for an updated set of marketing images so we booked my Creative Branding Session to capture images both outside (where she shoots and is in her element) and inside my Amesbury studio (where my new pink backdrop synched perfectly with her own pink branding.)
This was her second Head Shot session with KLP and the first since her beloved husky Kota had passed away. It was a bit challenging to photograph due to the placement on her inner left arm but I love what we ended up capturing. Here are a few highlights from the session.
“Photographing dogs isn’t just what I do—it’s how I honor Kota’s memory and help others celebrate the connection they share with their own soul dogs.” 💞
* KLP will be donating a $495 Portrait Session Gift Certificate again this year to their Annual Reunion on Sept 14, 2025 at the Topsfield Fairgrounds. You can bid online and/or stop by on the day of the event to meet all the pups and say Hello to Darlene who will have a booth set up too.
